The charismatic artist, Raphaël Butler, with his rock-star voice, first made a name for himself as a finalist in the singer-songwriter and songwriter categories at the Gala de la chanson de Caraquet and as a finalist at the Festival international de la chanson de Granby, where he won the jury's favorite award from the Festival de la chanson de Tadoussac.

This album was produced by Éloi Painchaud, an artist with whom Raphaël had long wanted to work.
