Details: Les frères Goyette have partnered with the Grosse Boîte label for the release of their 3rd album, titled Rencontre du troisième âge (Close Encounters of the Third Age). This album is conceptual not only in its title, being their third, but also in its theme. Indeed, it deals with the ups and downs, as well as the small beauties of life as an elderly person, interpreted with the Goyette twist—a smirk on their faces and a tear not too far behind. Passionate about folk music, the songs also feature rock accents with a solid acoustic rhythm. On stage, they are five musicians and one performer. At every show, he constructs a new DIY creation: a portable air conditioner, a cardboard submarine, a piece of furniture—there is no limit to this man's creativity. Les frères Goyette are a total work of art. 01. La balle est dans mon camp 02. Le grand cardiaque 03. En résidence, entre nous 04. Plaisir d'un p'tit vieux 05. Les derniers miles 06.
