Lacquer cutting  company and - engineer uncredited, derived from the etched matrix initials "HL" in runout area.
The inscribed "geometric" marks, consisting of the symmetrical symbol 'I' and the digit '1' are added in the matrix runout  during plating and therefore mirrored 'I↾'.
