This is the case with this one, with orchestra and choir, which aptly underlines the metaphors of Emir Kusturica, and even suggests other equally fascinating ones. In addition, some themes of Kuduz, a film by Ademir Kenovic, is added to the excerpts from the feature film which in 1989 received the prize for directing at the Cannes festival. Far from lacking in unity, this soundtrack gives a fairly faithful image of traditional music from the former Yugoslavia, also drawing inspiration from a composition from southern Italy. All the merit goes to the composer Goran Bregovic who signs here arrangements sufficiently open to seduce neophytes.
