A few years ago, young Neal Hausman burned down the family home, hoping to eliminate the demons that live there. Back in his hometown after a long stay in a psychiatric hospital, his past catches up with him. The arrival of the arsonist arouses the wrath of a nocturnal creature that has taken up residence under his bed, the same one he once tried to put down by fire. Here he is again confronted with this beast, but this time, his brother Paulie comes to his aid. They decide to join forces, regardless of the undoubtedly deadly consequences.
