Details: About the Artist Dave Coulier's (pronounced Cool-Yay) story is a refreshing one for Hollywood -- nice guys can finish first. As an actor/comedian/voice-over artist, his many talents are much in demand. From standup comedy on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson and Jay Leno, to his starring role on the hit television series, Full House, Dave has covered the spectrum of family entertainment. Dave is perhaps best known for his work on the long-running hit ABC television series, Full House, which aired for eight seasons (1987-1995, with 192 shows produced) and can now be seen in worldwide syndication in over 100 countries, and airs domestically everyday on TNT, TBS and WGN. Dave followed this success by hosting his second prime-time hit series America' Funniest People, which ran on ABC for four seasons (1991-1994). Additionally, Dave handled the hosting chores for ABCs The World's Funniest Videos, and hosted his own series, Out of Control for Nickelodeon. And his starring role in The Disney Channel movie, The 13th Year, gave the network one of its highest movie ratings in Disney Channel history. In addition to seeing him on the tube, you've also heard him as the voice of many Saturday morning cartoon favorites. Dave started out doing voices on Scooby Doo and the re-syndicated version of The Jetson's, and then moved on to Jim Hensons Muppet Babies, where he portrayed Animal and Dr.Bunsen Honeydew for the run of the series, and then became the voice of three additional characters: Waldorf and Statler (the two old guys in the balcony on the original Muppet Show) and Bean Bunny. Muppet Babies, which ran for eight seasons on CBS, collected several back-to-back Emmy Awards for best animated series. Dave also voiced the character of Peter Venkman on The Real Ghostbusters cartoon (played by Bill Murray in the movies). Dave will next be heard as the voice of Felix The Cat, The Professor and Rock Bottom in several upcoming Felix The Cat animated feature films for video release, the first of which is due in stores this Christmas. Currently, Dave provides voices for Dexter's Laboratory on the Cartoon Network, as well as The Zeta Project for Warner Brothers. Some of Daves additional credits include guest appearances on the television game shows To Tell the Truth and Hollywood Squares, as well as several live performances on Comic Relief at Radio City Music Hall.
