The Canadian pressing featuring the John Luongo mix is technically the first press of that mix on vinyl (although unclear if credited label version or not). The mix had originally been rejected by the label. Epic intended to send the tape to California for its destruction but mistakenly sent it to Canada instead where it was first released then spread to the UK and beyond.
