The release is housed in a standard jewel case with a black flip tray to hold both discs, complete with front and rear inserts. 

There are a couple of mistakes on the release; these include, but are not limited to the following:
- Title of track 1-15 is misspelled as "Hypnotyzin'"
- Track 2-2 is mislabelled as "High On A Happy Vibe”, “Feels Like Heaven” is the song that appears.

The Popular catalog number "PR2 3215” appears on the inserts and the Columbia House catalogue numbers "CPR2-3215” appears on the CDs.
